Perhaps the problems are real and significant. Do you really think Mr. Pink has that much sway over investor sentiment.

What about short sell recommendations by both Brous and Co. and Off Wall Street?

Well peacelover I agree a little...but...it was the market that cost them the opportunity to raise funds, not the shorts. This issue is not gone, they still want the money and the IBs still want the commissions. We will see this deal get done when the stock is comfortably at or above 25.
