Gary, I have spent many hours trying to sort things through in my own mind. I have wondered about the following and feel you would be the best source of information.

I have discovered that Ewert Wilson (inventor of DF-144) still possesses some type of interest in the DF-144 patents;Spriggs, or Arcon? Did John Spriggs or Dan Fisher tell you anything about their or Arcon's relationship with Mr. Wilson? Do they have a license to the patents, a contract to purchase them, or was Arcon or Spriggs expressly given the "right of "use" or some other arrangement?

In your conversations with him did he tell you or did you otherwise learn anything about his relationship with Dan Fisher or John Spriggs?

I understand you feel these questions are no longer revenant, but I feel many investors do not feel that way.

Myself, and most likely all investors are looking for ways to better understand how all of this mess happened.

I believe there is much to be gained by sharing any and all information each of us gather. This will assist greatly in honing and refining our due diligence techniques as well.

I think we are all want to see Midland move ahead with DF-144 if at all possible.

Thanks,

Dusty
