Wes,

This seems to be part of your problem. You believe what Airstar
executives tell you.

I don't care what the company tells you for one reason alone: they
never tell a straight story. I personally spoke to several
shareholders who have tried to obtain a list of the shareholders.
These shareholders are registered shareholders who are named on
this list. They were not able to obtain the information. I personally spoke to the transfer agent and she informed me I could
come in to their office and view the list but that would be the
extent of it. Now, if you would like the names of those shareholders
I spoke with, I will post their names after I receive their
permission to do so.

I also can tell you their is not an SEC investigation being conducted
on this company. I phoned the SEC and they stated they are
investigating TL Group which is a brokerage firm. They did an
investigation on each company this firm traded stock in. There
is no investigation on this company. Therefore, once again, you
are making faulty statements to information that is not correct.
I would suggest before you make such statements that you verify
your facts first.

When you look at Airstar Technologies the possibilities are endless.
But like I have said in previous posts, until the management is
replaced, your investment has no where to go but south. Joe Vigliarolo is not a capable person and never will be. His motives
are not for the benefit of this company but for his own personal
benefits. Dennis Casey has the same motives. With management like
that in place, the shareholders virtually have no chance or
opportunity to succeed. Unfortunately, my investors have decided
to move on to other ventures. You should hope and pray someone else
has the means and the desires to do what we wanted to do. It should
go without saying, time is of the essence in this situation.

Take my advice, before you make any further statements that you
have no evidence to base it on, keep them to yourself. Your liable
for what you post on this thread and dangerously so.
