F, as I stated Ligand IR indicated it would be a very short time period for them to respond. Also, I do not believe SRGN "screwed" up.My impression from talking to IR were that these were a few administrative items that needed clarification. If you look at other companys you will find very similar situations. When the FDA asks for a clarification from a company the "clock" stops until the company rsponds. Thus, it is in L's best interest to respond as quickly as possible.
