James, thanks for the response. I thought it might be quite high and therefore the Zeldox news came as a big surprise. I guess the bigger question then is, is the virtual 100% approval rate on the 1st drug submission or would it include resubmissions.

BTW I also think the Zeldox news is a surprise but not a disaster by any stretch of the imagination. I'm sure there's more good news in the future than bad so we can all relax. Near term who knows. Long PFE and short VVUS.
