My first theory is that Mr. Fourthnight is just a small-time hypester employed by a non-existent company that rides the buses and eats day old baloney sandwiches in the park!!

Another theory is that the FBN is really a cover for a Ho-Ho company that sells their Ho Ho's in city parks and on public piers and they are atempting to make alittle change on the side by sucking investors into shorting stocks like MTEI.
