Nice post Bull,
I agree that DGIV is making the NAS the top priority, and as such
I see a support level at this price. Remeber, JC is IN TOWN.
The next wave will demonstrate a new support level, and thus now is a buying opp. I bought yesterday at 4.25 and I feel real good about it!
WE are INVESTING in a great company with great potential, TIME will prove
this company's worth.

Bullmarket....Excellent Post........

I totally agree with your last post. I have a few other comments on DGIV. I believe that there are a number of folks out there, like me, that got into DGIV in the last two months and are currently underwater. I am not worried about the current stock price. I liked this stock at $7.75, my initial buy in point and I like it even more. That is why I bought a few more shares this past week thus lowering my basis to slightly below $7 per share.

Folks, there is still risk here. No one knows the exact impact the contracts will have on the bottom line of the company. Some of us are betting on the company getting on to NASDAQ either by application or acquisition very soon. If we had the answers to these issues, then there would be no risk and the stock price would reflect that by being much, much higher!!!!!

The bottom line is that DGIV has a lot of potential. I believe the risk /reward ratio is such that at this price makes DGIV a very attractive buy!!!! It is not a stock to daytrade, it is not a stock for someone with a short term investment horizon and it is not a stock for someone without patience. We have to give the management of the company time to work their deals. You either believe in the company and its management or you don't!!! I do and that is why I am long term holder. The more DD that you do on both the company and the industry the better you will feel about your investment!!

A COPY of what I posted yesterday:

THOUGHTS ON DGIV and NASDAQ:
I am sure DGIV has made going to the Nasdaq its #1 priority (or at least #1A-next to signing more contracts!).

WHY? IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT OF THE BB WORLD, which will result in the price going up "naturally" without MM manipulation to keep it down artificially. The company needs to have higher share price to conduct its business and to grow (incidentally, one of the major reasons why ALl companies want high share price).

Knowing that the NAsdaq move is an EXTREME PRIORITY, I feel that Mr.Chin our DEAL CLOSER will do EVERYTHING he can to get there

At a minimum, the price will need to be above $4 to get to the Nasdaq. In addition, I think that the company would do its best to keep the momentum going as we make the BIG MOVE-hence, I would not be surprised to see "meaty" news that would get our price momentum going again. "When" this will happen is obviously known only to Mr.Chin and DGIV top management. As shareholders, we will patiently wait, knowing the payoff is HUGE!!!!

Another thing: the move to the Nasdaq can be accomplished via several ways: 1 is to go the "normal" way which was mentioned in the newsletter. However, another way would be via an acquisition of a Nasdaq-listed company. If the second option is chosen, we could be there MUCH FASTER!!! WHO KNOWS WHICH WAY DGIV WILL GET THERE, BUT AT THIS PRICE LEVEL, I WOULD NOT WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE AND MISS THE RIDE JUST IN CASE SOMETHING DOES COME UP "FASTER THAN WHAT WE EXPECT", HENCE I AM BUYING AS MUCH AS I CAN!! <GGG>

HAPPY FATHER's DAY, EVERYONE! (That includes you, Mr. CHIN<gg>)
