I noticed in AOL's "Company News" that Bloomberg announced
on Friday that Goldman Sachs reiterated a Market Outperform
rating for SNDK.

A little good news, maybe?

Limtex, I had a similar thought. I replaced half of my SNDK shares yesterday with twice as many calls. Am trying to play this game by "their" rules.

To all: Does anyone have this info?

Several weeks ago, someone on this thread stated that the makers of the Smart Media cards paid royalties to SANDISK for every Smart Media card manufactured. This seemed to be accepted by all. However I have not been able to verify this anywhere else. Does anyone know this for certain, or was this just somebody's guess or wishful thinking? If so, what is the source of this statement? This is rather important in view of recent company announcements. Thanks for any info.

Re: Limetex

If what you are saying is true, then it would be blatant stock manipulation on top of <IMHO> the manipulation SNDK pulled with the 2 positive announcements before the bomb. Be careful, you may be rationalizing a silver lining that does not exist... They said they'll be making a very small profit this quarter and the next doesn't look good either.
