Sly, why are you trying to make the company look even worse than it is? You claim that the 50 million shares were issued when the stock was $0.08, therefore the value of the properties was $4 million and not $40 million as I thought or $200 million has the promoters claim or as "the company" claims according to you. 1) Why would anybody sell something that is worth $200 million for only $4 million? 2) If the properties are worth $200 million why would the seller accept in payment stock which at the time of payment was only worth $4 million (or $25 million today)? 3) It would appear that if the company claims the properties are worth $200 million but they only paid $4 million for the assets that something major happened to increase the value of the assets by $196 million. What happened?
