Does anyone out there know how much of IXTC VocalTec owns? Great question. I've asked the company, and get no real guidance other than "minority interest." Of course, they are under no obligation to say, and may well have good business reasons not to. But let's ask another set of questions. What percent can we reasonably assume they own, and what is a reasonable IPO market cap for ITXC when and if that occurs. Just to throw out uneducated guesses, let's say 10% and $100M. Are these reasonable?? If so, VOCLF's share is worth approximately $1 per share. Along with $5 in cash, this further buttresses downside risk.
