I still can't seem to get two vital pieces of info on this stock. One is what are the issued and authorized shares. Two is what is the backround of the CEO. Please someone help. My calls to the co an ir did not yield any answers.

Sure, they give recommendations. But those they give are always of already proven companies. It's the upstarts that are just in the defining stages they attack non-stop hoping people will lose interest.
