Gary, I am resolved to holding my "P" shares until the cows come home because there is no real reason to dump something that in my case is a big loss OR nearly a big loss. I bought most of mine at 40 which as I have said before was just bad timing on my part but I'm a big boy and take responsibility for my own decisions and my own timing. The main question I have is "do you think or do you have any reason to believe that ...1. John Spriggs has in his possession the patent for DF-144 and ..2. what inducement, if any, is there for him to return to MIDL with it..3.. do you think he will?" Assume he won't for a minute, then why would anyone else take on the MIDL shell for other than the tax loss, for what? Since no x date has really been established, the split is still in some question. Give me your most optimistic assessment as to the future of this mess short and long term and why you think so.
