R. B. Williams (and all other DELLheads attending July annual meeting)

A bunch of us are coming in from out of town for the meeting and would very much enjoy meeting you and having you join us. Most of us are staying at the Drury Inn North (East side of IH35). Here is our projected itinerary for the FACTORY TOUR and get together:

Thursday:

0700 - 0930 Breakfast and getting acquainted
1000 - 1130 Briefing and Tour of Metric 12
1200 - 1400 Lunch and discussion of tour (location to be determined)

1400 - 1730 Free time -- Suggestions: visit DELL Factory Outlet / visit DELL HQ / visit new factory site / swimming in Barton Creek
1730 - 1900 Free time -- Cocktails and socializing at Drury
1900 - 2200 Free time -- Dinner and social time at restaurant of your choice
2200 - ???? Your choice -- 6th Street Music Scene

Friday:
0700 - 0830 Breakfast at Drury
0900 - 1030 DELL Annual Meeting (Austin Convention Center)
1030 - 1200 Social and Discussion
1200 - 1730 Free time -- your choice
1730 - 2000 Dining at Esthers (or restaurant of your choice)
2000 - 2200 Show at Esther's Follies

2200 - ???? Your choice: Austin / 6th Street Music Scene

As stated above, we'd love to have you join us. Come by the Drury Thursday mornig for breakfast and coffee or Thursday afternoon for cocktails and help us out-of-towners make dinner plans. Join us Friday evening for dinner and show at Esthers Follies (I need to make reservations for this, so need to know if you'd like to join us.)

Your suggestion for BBQ and margaritas sounds wonderful. Would very much appreciate your help in identifying more popular 'watering holes' for us.

DELLish, 3.
