Binder - I agree with your assessment to a large degree, but I've gone back and read the interview with MIDL (Fisher?) that Gary posted in February. In addition to all the potential that came out of the interview Gary was clearly told that a plant would be COMPLETED by May, followed by testing in June. Amidst all the forward looking speculation I believe everyone either overlooked or ignored the fact that this plant was never even started throughout the entire spring. Instead, all the forward looking statements and speculation was talked up a whole lot. Personally I feel pretty foolish because this is exactly the scenario I got burned in last time in another company, i.e. the promise of production that "somehow" got delayed even as the company put out PR's that seemed to indicate they were doing what they needed to do. In the best of hindsight the delay in even beginning that plant should have been taken more seriously, notwithstanding that there were "plans" or "designs" for it on the table. Hopefully, both MIDL and us will in the future. DB
