Mark,
Thanks, I guess I already understood #2 and I knew the credit line had not been used. I also thought that earnings were going to be positive for the rest of this year just from partners already on the books, my real concern was new business. It may be a little slow ,but it is coming.

One of the interesting things about the profitability requirement of the credit line is that in recent months many of us had speculated that IFMX wouldn't stretch to post a profit last qtr if they had doubt about their prospects for coming qtrs. However, the terms of this loan possibly point to one reason why thy company would try and post as good a qtr as possible -- in order to meet the credit line terms.
