Well then let's look at that analysis. First I want to say right off that I think the assertion that the assets are worth $200M is a bogus assumption. There is no evidence of this being a fact. None at all but a reference in a company press release.

But accepting this as a number to work from, you actually mean they didn't pay anything? Are there any more like you on that planet you come from. Have I got some deals for you.

What they paid, if you bother to think about it, is that they left 20M shares in someone else's hands. They let go 28.6% of their assets to get where they are? So you are telling me that this is a fair wash because they are going to withdraw this comparable value in salaries and expenses. And this is ok with you? These guys are worth $57M in salaries and bennies, if their numbers are correct, and that's ok? Yikes, Compensation Committee to the Corporate Counsel's office, stat.

"Ok....so here I am with my $200 mill of assets that aren't doing anybody any good. And I want to go public.
So....I reverse merge with a public corporation and in return I receive 50 million shares worth $4 to $40 million. "

Why, Why, Why would anyone let something they think is worth $200mil go for $40mil ?????

No amount of salary would get me to do that.

It is amazing how gullible some people are, and how little knowledge of business they have:

<<Instead, I chose a vehicle that would help those assets to grow. And with being a public corporation, I can now have the funds to take those assets out of the ground and convert them into revenues.>>

<<Ok...so let's say, for example that MTEI reaches $5 per share. I own 50 million of those shares. I am now worth $250 million dollars...just in my shares alone. PLUS, I am still getting that salary...each and every year.>>

1) If these guys had assets that were really worth $200 million why would they need to go public through a small BB shell? They could have raised money privately.

2) If the asset are worth $200 million and the company needs to raise let's say $50 million of equity to put these assets into production they would have to issue today 100 million shares which means the main shareholders would own 50 million shares on a total of 170 million or 29%. Not the sign of a great deal for them. If the company was private and had a valuation of $200 million and they raised $50 million they would still own 80% of the company.

3) People don't trade assets worth $200 million for $4 million worth of BB stock with the expectation that the stock will go up to $5.00 so they start making money on their investment.

4) What does salary have to do with being public?
