You have not and continue to avoid a direct simple yes or no to the 20% revenue question which tells me that you did and apparantly continue to accept that level of revenue. Why do you keep up this sham. Is it because you cant read or don~t understand the question. Let me repeat it with this preface--- I DID NOT ASK OR SUGGEST WHAT RELATIONSHIP YOUR 20% Had in relation to your competitors % revenue, which seems to be what you responded to. Please feel free to request a furthe explantion if you are confused about the subject matter. Would you reccomend that you eArnstwhile colleague (apparantly) reprhrase it and present it so that you can find a way to the obvious , riduclous attempt to avoid what surely seems to be the fact.

Shaq: If you claim you are (your own man) and are interested in the truth, why don't you tell tgs you've been out of touch for a few weeks and would like to know whether or not he is only getting 20% revenue on one more of the three fortunet halls he just snatched from them. It seems that you have taken that approach (virtually word for word) when you commence your clever little question and answer games that enable tgs make a sales pitch expounding his and the products greatness. Strange that you have NEVER PLAYED THE GAME IF THERE IS EVEN A REMOTE POSSIBILITY that things are not as great as everyone is being led to believe. IN SOME QUARTERS this type of thing, if amply demonstrated, is considered to be??? (YOU NAME IT as I am predjudiced and might be overly severe). For gmtc's sake ( and there investors) maybe you can elicit the facts. LOOKING FOWARD TO YOUR DECISION ON WHERE YOU ARE IN THIS HORROR SHOW AND WHERE YOUR LOYALTIES LIE. I KNOW WHO TGS IS PROTECTING AT ALL COSTS-- YES I SAID AT ALL COSTS (THAT INCLUDES GMTC UNLESS THEY ARE SUPPORTING HIM BEHIND THE SCENE IN WHICH CASE THEY ARE ALSO IN AGRREMENT WITH HIS POSTURE AND, statements, omissions etc. As a matter of fact why don~t you query the company and report back theirposition. Certainly it would add positive weight to tgs 's positioin as opposed to mine. Please be sure you only address the the ponts that are in contention and are specifically related thereto. You certainly know what these points. If you don't just ask and I will be happy to clue you in for the umpteenth time.
