why hasnt the SEC moved in to shut it down.

What have they done that's illegal? If they're a worthless shell, they're entitled to be here like the several other thousand shells out there.

My concern is not the company of TVSI being a scam or any of that stuff. My concern is people like you not knowing the past of Dempsey Mork and his antics. You have to look at all aspects here. This whole scenario stinks of something bad.

If I may ask, where did you discover this stock, cytotekk?

MG Out.

Cytoteckk: It is perfectly legal to be "a worthless empty shell" and sell stock. It is illegal to defraud. However, in retrospect the same statement could have been made about any number of companies that have been shut down. Prior to the SEC closing them, I am sure people made the same defense. Kinda like saying 'if there were criminals, they would be arrested, so therefore there are no criminals'..

I am not saying TVSI are criminals. I am just stating that there are always situations we aren't aware of as investors. In most BBs (pennies) the only information available is from the company. Then only what they release to you.

Does anybody know anything substantial about TVSI, Planet Sports, or any of the other "new" ideas that they haven't read from a company release or Raabe?

All one has to do is read the earlier posts. The first 200 maybe would do it. That gives a pretty clear picture of the sales of ideas without substance. The ideas fade as nothing is constructed and the sale of a new idea brings fresh excitement to the investors and potential investors.

A person could trade in and out of this stock for a consistent gain. Waiting for an actual business is something of a different nature.

Why were the old ideas good then and the new ideas good now? Why aren't the old ideas good now? The reason is they aren't fresh. People stop believing when you don't produce. The it is a must to change tracks and chase a new idea. At least til it tires and people wonder where the "beef" is? For instance, where has any money been made excluding the sales of stock?
