I believe this was posted several months ago.>> You may be referring to my post reiterating a conversation I had with Gail, where she had said something to the effect of "if the data from the phase III trial for Onconase looks good.". You may want to read into this that she hinted that the drug may not be efficacious. However, from a liability standpoint, it would have been foolish and unprofessional if she had said anything more positive than the "if" statement. Without question, there is risk in this investment. Also without question, there is tremendous upside potential. Everything rides on the "if." David

Fish. What is your point? You are repeating exactly what I just said -- that I DON'T believe Gail Fraser is acting unethically. To that point, would she say that SHE believes in the company and its drug if the data was showing the drug's ineffectiveness? Would she say "don't worry, the drug will take care of itself" if the drug didn't work? If you believe she is ethical and not perpetuating a fraud (which, apparently, we both do) then how can that be consistent with your other, aforementioned theory of dragging this out to sell stock, etc? I have no idea what you inferred from my last message???
