There you see ColleenB, progress. Now that wasn't so hard. Maybe next time it won't take a hundred posts to deal with an issue. Too bad Bob had to blow things way out of proportion and make it such a personal matter. Too bad he was wrong too.

Since some people need to be spoon fed information...I would like to take the opportunity to clarify a statement of mine....for those of you who are not very bright, here it is.....

The fact whether the property is swampy/marshy is of little value because the company is not bank rolling their net assets on it....simply that they now also own another chunk of land.

This statement does not in fact state the condition of the property...the jest was that the condition of it is unimportant, at this point. As stated further in my prior post, the condition of the property can be found in several other posts provided by others.
