As a Private Investor: I will not answer anything under the IR except for anything that has transpired since the news release where I threw myself to the wolves. I will anwser under that title or whatever it is only on the current events since the rescinding of Arcon and John Spriggs resignation. If you want to know about anything concernign America Coffee, New Departure, or Arcon then contact the IR for those corporations. Any other opinions and post are of those from being in this stock as a private investor since last Sept/Oct of 1997. If you want to know sometime since the news release that concerns Midland where I came in then fine if not I am a private investor. Now: Q: What is the longest time period (aproximately) that midl has ever sat empty? I do not know off the top of my head. I guess since June of 1997 when the CEO sold off the assets of the Coffee company to when New Departure came in Oct. 1997. so I would have to say approximately 4 months. Q: What was the shortest(aproximately)? We are in it since the above answer is the only time I know of that the shell was empty. You might want to go read the SEC filings for verifications. GB
