Alright, name those 'squeaky-clean' shells with no crap hanging over them.

If it has more than 100 million shares outstanding, I consider that to be a major problem. Fortunately there is a fix for that, but it is not pleasant for existing shareholders

The only problem that MIDL has presently, is the recovering of money/shares that Fisher illegally sold. The rest went away (unfortunately with the DF-144, but it is not clear or in black&white that Arcon and Spriggs had the rights to begin with) with the recision of the merger.
