Steve, Re: The tortoise and the hare

BTY was one of the intl telecoms that I was refering to when I said they looked "excessive". You'll laugh, but for all of the Big Boyz, I've set buy and targets. My Buy target for BTY is $92 and the sell target is $103. But, I don't like the "6-2" MACD reading, as I generally interpret that as being short-term bullish. Look at TEF, same picture and a "4-5" MACD reading.

I'm showing a long-term trend on the S&P as 1020 x 1140. An observation (thus the caption to the post): it seems to me that the S&P blasts off to the top of the trend line, retreats a little, and they goes sideways until it catches the trendline. Cycle repeats.

I got my E-mini "stuff" yesterday (finally). Hopefully, by the time the S&P catches that trend line, I'll be ready to play that leveraged game.

COLTY is not in my massive watch list, but I'll take a look. BTW I finally upgraded my memory today. 32 only cost me $130. Seems like it was only two years ago that it was $50 bucks a meg. Even in Dec, it seems like the 32 was over $400. Easy to see the nature of the tech problem.

Now, the dudes can have a theme song ... Suicide is Dangerous.

Taking my son to see X-Files. Later.
