Larry, it is getting dangerous here, you and I are agreeing on too much (G).

As For Twifford, unless he was involved in a serious crime like securities fraud (it was a securities affair according to thall), I would not worry, and apparently the man paid his dues by sitting behind bars (once again, just if thall's account is correct). I would guess that such an experience would be strengthening his character.
