Bert, I wish someone with a brain could check this out.

Schwab was looking at the company for me, and said, "This is their
(THEIR) fourth shell. I have it written down somewhere, starting about 5 years ago.

I quizzed Jim, the supposed owner, who I thought I liked, and his wife sounded even neater and more likeable, and so I was thinking I wasn't talking to sandsharks, and Jim explained that he was in only 2 of the shells. He had bought the shell and created Giacondo, or something. All three priors had reverse splits from thousands to practically no stocks, and he assured me they weren't going to do that again.

It any of this a little odd?
