Dick the guy is a financial person, not the weatherman. Weatherpeople are trained in theater as much as in the weather. Would you like our CFO to take some time out from his day and go to drama classes? Maybe FAMH could pay for it. c'mon.

Great public speaking is not a requirement for a CFO. There are many a great CFO's in America that use "er" "uh" etc. because they are not polished public speakers. It is better to have a fiscally responsible CFO with good organizational skills, leadership and vision than a slick PR man. Time will tell on his important CFO skills.
