to all: i am sitting here looking at the deposit slip from Nations Bank and the $501,357 that was deposited into SSI account. where do you think the money came from. was it from the tax escrow account sprint had which was to be allocated only for expansion of astg or legal problems. could v. be thinking he could use those funds to purchase proctor's position. hhmmmmmm, i am looking at the preferred d contract and it states that the company could purchase each unit for $25,000. i understand that there are only 12 units left. so v. why is there a big rush to buy proctor's position all of the sudden. you allowed 2 million shares to be released and dilute the market which i understand is what has kept the stock at this price. it looks to me that you might be concerned that your $20,000 plus salary might be coming to an end shortly. well you were not to concerned when the other people at ssi lost their jobs and had their desks cleaned out for them now were you. well how does that saying go-----tit for tat. by the way i received a binder of all the minutes to the meetings for astg and formerly xecom. i notice in one set that jv had the board vote in favor of a nice fat pay raise and other perks along with it. if anyone would like to have a copy of the meetings let me know and i will be more than happy to fax those minutes to you. if you would also like a copy of the deposit slip so you can verify that wonderful $501,357 deposit---i would be happy to send it along also. ole puffy is giving you shareholders more info than this management has ever offered you. please post your fax numbers so i will know where to send everything to. i hear the tails rattling now--------good luck v., your going to have a battle now---------old red head is on your tail! rattle snake
