I will make an attempt to answer some of the questions posted by Mark from the lurker.

I have been in GNNX now for a couple of months and have been itching to see some comment on some concerns I have, but havn't yet seen mention of them on SI.

I'm not a member (due to the cost), but am hoping that you, as a fellow shareholder, might take pity and lead me to some answers or ask the board yourself (if you too have wondered).

Like probably everyone else, I bought in because of the low stock price coupled with the incredible contracts they announced. I lurked through Dan's visit and all of the excitement through to the present.
Anyway...to the points:

First, just how many people make up this company? I read that there are 10 in the Culver City office. I can't figure out how they can be in so many different areas (music, film, telecommunicatons) with so few people.

Answer: I believe that they brought on some new people to run other divisions, but understand that most of their business is outsourced hence keeping costs low and allowing the company to have higher retained earnings. Smart move by GNNX.

Second, how have they purchased all of their assets? I'm thinking of
the music library and its 40million dollar worth, and the expensiv high tech camera equipment. Where did that come from? Did the CEO buy it out of pocket?

Answer: I believe that Don Logan's company initially had all of the equipment and the library prior to the reverse merger transpiring. So to answer your question the Chairman Don Logan did bring it in to the company.

When I read Dan's report I was bothered that the digital editing
equipment wasn't even in the room (even though the press release made it sound like they had it), and the lack of detail on the music library (just a list of artists was presented). I hate to be suspicious but where is the proof of these things?
Other than the contracts it didn't sound like he saw much of anything else that would demonstrate that this is a legitimate business.

Answer: I was at GNNX and they have all the equipment installed I touch it and even saw a few clips from the James Dean Flick. As far as the Music Library is concerned, if you read the press releases they are working on releasing several other CD's in the near future, now that the company is reporting I am more confident in GNNX's success.
I saw the contracts (signed) and the library that they have just increased by a decent margin with the latest acquisition.

Would GNNX lie? I hope not, but I once owned a high flyer (Miniscribe)
that was so fraudulent that they sent bricks instead of disk drives to a customer and when the customer returned the bricks they recorded it as disk drives in inventory!! So, crap like that does happen.

Answer: The company is real, I spoke to Don Logan and some of the other people in the office and they seemed to be working diligently to make GNNX work out nicely.

I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who has wondered about these things. I want very much to believe in GNNX because the
potential sounds incredible, but my common sense is telling me that
these questions should be answered and no investor should have to wonder what the truth is about them.

Answer: These questions were answered in the past and present all that you have to do is read the posts. I wonder and thats why I took a trip out to see the office and took time to talk to the people in charge and talk to the consultants at Dutch Associates so that I could get the answers that would be me at ease, hey guess what it did.

Sorry to take up your time, and I understand if you don't care to reply as you didn't request this. If you do answer or at least raise some of the same questions to the board, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks for your time, and good luck on all of your investments. Ted

Ted I hope that I shed some light for you and answered your questions clearly.

Enjoy
