Yes, unfortunate that his "DD" didn't even uncover a stock symbol. Ironically, it is a documented fact on the Zitel thread that one "Mad Monk" at one time in early 1997 (late 1996?) declared that he had "investigated" a Y2K code conversion company named Alydaar (ALYD, now listed on the Nasdaq, then BB stock), and Mr. Monk declared Alydaar to be a fraud and a hoax, and he was serious. But he was wrong.

It didn't take Mad Monk too long to realize that he was mistaken; and in fact he turned very bullish on ALYD, and he was long as the stock ran up from 12ish to over 30 at one point, at which I believe he prudently sold his ALYD stock, while continuing to predict a "3rd [Elliot] wave" of huge proportions.

I also made some money off ALYD, and last bailed at 23 1/2, and never looked back. Though the company was real and they were trying, things just weren't as easy as they thought they might be.

PS - the Alydaar public relations person still can't spell worth a $hit, which was one reason I became very turned off to Alydaar:
