The key word would be ..Intent...If corroboration exist....more than one plaintiff, and physical evidence exists, the post..both public and private..then both the hypester and those knowingly participating can be prosecuted. Fraud..Theft by deception.. And I suspect it would be Federal since the Net Is akin to the mails. But..hey...only my uneducated...humble opinion..what do I know?
