Rambabu - Thanks for the link. Will try to watch Simpson's testimony. Hope others watch and post here. Having proved that y2k companies do have REAL earnings, more publicity of the problem (and lack of action) will set a stage for panic. As you say, they will beat the internet stocks. A disaster (especially a bank or an insurance company) will get everyone's attention. Ram
