Victor. Glad you were impressed, I wasn't. We cannot afford any more mistakes. We just made another one. What do you find impressive about our new CFO? What criteria do you have for this individual? I think you misunderstood about the weatherman anology. The point here was that there are people out there who can think very quickly on their feet, react to the situation and articulate well. I expect that level of performance from FAMH executives. Randy Malinoff can do it. Stukey cannot. Bottom line: Keep him off the CC and hope that he knows his stuff. Sorry to be so direct. I have a lot of money invested in this company and I want to see the right moves made. LTBFV, Dick
