Yes, I did receive and fwd this on. Several have pointed out that this may not be legal but I am not up on such matters and would have no knowledge of that. I would not recommend anyone partake in it especially if that were the case. It is not something that I have invested in or intend to.

kidl; I have done much research on the "investment" program idea. I have gone so far as to consult a lawyer and have a pile of government documents on this subject. I can assure you that what you are proposing is completely illegal and is just another variation of the whole chain letter scam where only those that start them make any money. I have all of the documents stored in a box somewhere but the law specifically addresses this scheme which really leaves little to interpretation. I am only responding to alert you and others. If you have posted this elsewhere on the net I would suggest posting retractments, John
