To Whom It May Concern: Well, true to form again....when ever enough hell is raised here, The price of our stock seems to advance. very interesting. The Stock price...will not quite the rage this time. The stockholders are thinking. Who? is responsible for the operation of this corporation? Why? have I never received one communication from the President of my company? Where are the requested filings ? Where is the requested stockholders meeting ? Why are our "LEADERS" so disinterested in our requests? Why has there been so much diversion, when simple questions are asked of our "LEADERS" ? Why do I as a stockholder of ASTG, feel like I am being shafted.? Why, can I not have some measure of accounting of "MY COMPANY" And, last....Why in the hell am I having to even ask these questions in the first place....Is this the normal day to day operation of a fully manned and operational corporation? I, know this is a company with great potential....with the right leaders.... This statement is just my ranting and raving and is not intended to give advice as to buy or sell information on ASTG stock. It is just my thoughts and opinions as a shareholder of ASTG stock. Jack
