PNEC:FLOAT 1.5 million most of which is held in strong hands .OVER 1mill short. JUST completed 5 million in financing to buy something . Im hearing its a 40million $ company and the shorts have no idea its coming .They have alot more going on also.They want to build this into a 100 mill co. by yr end.They already have additional financinc lined up at least 10 mill.The shorts thought they could knock stock down on the convertible anouncement but ther is not going to be any cheap stock coming in there is none out there .ITS convertible at much higher prices not lower ones.THIs stock could do another KTEL.How many bulletin board companies get 5 mill in financing to buy 40 mill $ company.IM also hearing that part of the deal was that they have to become a reporting company and either go NASDAQ or AMEX within a certain time limit.Technically it looks good also back above 50 day after low volume selloff.THis one will proably be up on monday and go up all week and im hearing a significant anouncement could be this week.This ones going to be easy!!
