Thanks Dale - you're right. Took my accounting hat off for a while there.

The acquisition closed on May 4th so I guess we use the weighted average of 2 months, and it's the 160,000 number you referred to.

Funny thing is that GameFX shareholders now own 4% of the earnings earned in April (as well as May and June), but those shares will not be used in the EPS calculation for that month, and thus the quarter.

Guess it's going to be one of these "adjusting for one time charges, additional expenses, dilution of earnings" quarters.

GameFX will soon need to be adding at least $.08 in annual earnings ($2.00 in eps without them times 4% dilution) to justify the stock given to the company.

Does anyone know of GameFX projects other than the 3D game slated for 1999?
