INDEX UPDATE
---------------------

Just finished my analysis and the probability that we will be setting lower lows shortly has increased. If it is not this immediate cycles it should be soon.

On the other hand I am also receiving technical signals of pockets of strength, not a whole lot but still apparent. In light of such I feel that we will be setting lower lows but should still not see a huge drop as we did last OCT.

The 8600 support line basicly held during the last dip, although it did drop below 8600 intraday. The next strong support line for the
DOW is 8400.

For the immediate short-term, things could get a bit negative, unless some good news comes out over the weekend/soon.

As previously indicated feel that we may no longer be in a RANGE TRADING TREND and that we may be is a downtrend. At this time I may be agreeing with Gersh that this downtrend, if it materializes, may be slow in nature.

Happy father's day. We be traveling to good old Punxsutawney Pa, the home of the Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog, so will not be on line.
