This is a substantial misrepresentation of the reasons why filings have been delayed. The reasons clearly have to do with the proposed consolidation of operations with Caye Chapel. Your attempt to make hay of this won't fly.

It is clear that your intent is to try to bury the good news at Oilex. It won't work. Contrary to popular opinion influenced by the dishonest posters on this board Oilex is producing at a rate some 500% above last year's daily production rate.
