DMW and all, "Shell expands CBD offices"
excerpt
Shell Offshore Inc. has signed a lease expansion for 82,414 square feet of new
space in One Shell Square, the city's largest and tallest office building at 700
Poydras St.

Shell Offshore is the largest lease holder of deep-drilling rights in the Gulf of
Mexico and has had notable successes in the past few years. It operates the
largest platforms in the Gulf. Its parent, Shell Oil Co., is headquartered in
Houston, but the bulk of its deep-drilling operations are located off Louisiana's
coast and operated out of New Orleans.
