Can't wait any longer on her reply. At the recent share price and current lack of "ANYTHING AT ALL" about MXMX here goes. It is really good information considering we have not heard anything in weeks. the flame still flickers.
I have been traveling on business, and unfortunately it appears that my office did not relay to you that my computer crashed while I was traveling. So, I hope the following is of assistance to you with your concerns.
1. The contract with SS had run out and we both felt that there maybe was a little bit of a burnout factor on both sides which could possibly be reflected in a lower share price. Contract negotiations with two new firms are going okay, we will probably come to a resolution within the next 2-3 weeks. SS might also get back into IR activities for MX, with a new approach ( needs to be finalized) My husbands injury was not reason for a delay.
2. There are several avenues on how to generate revenues with the Rod Stewart relationship, from enhanced CDs to complete CD-ROMs and most importantly through our recently established e-commerce (on-line sales) site. I am not in a position though to give you precise revenue forecasts, we never give revenue forecasts.
3. Development of the next Peter Norton CD has not started yet, we are currently still testing several new sales avenues,i.e. direct Mail, possibly short info mercial, to establish the true potential of the product. after we have the results of those activities (direct Mail dropped last Friday) we will make a decision on how to continue and when.
4. E3 went extremely well, there has already been a wave of positive reviews on the Internet placed through important game magazines, a very encouraging start. Our PR firm, the Terpin Group has a long list of extremely interesting media activities lined up, including radio interviews to push the project. Release probably around September/October, in time for the X-Mas selling season. The project (depending on how much one needs to spend in marketing) can be considered funded, we are currently considering to
raise limited additional funds to be able to afford the right marketing
impact. Hopefully we can do this at a higher share price, to avoid dilution.
5. No I did not take my scheduled salary increase.
6. Many other interesting projects in the making, we will inform you and the public when appropriate.
Everybody in the company is currently quite excited about the prospects of the company and I hope we will get the investment community to share this excitement soon, so it would be reflected in our share price. We appreciate your investment and support and hope that you will see your investment rewarded very soon.
Yours
Nancy Poertner
