Create a false breakout? From a strong support level and both low price and low volume, it is theoretically possible... for a guy who won the $120 million on the last power ball and don't care how he gets rid of them <VBG>.

Any approach to the market has its inherent risks. You have to pay attention to technical analysis as a signal of change in market attitude but, in my opinion, can't rely uniquely on it.

That's what it will take to move this baby. We need someone
with a lot of money who knows nothing in general about the
market and nothing specific about KRT, who is also greedy
