Paul, All the figures I have are over 3 years old. The company has not released much in the past years, while they were in the suit with DEC. With that now settled and the company moving on, I hope the first thing they tell us is how many shares are outstanding. Here is the OLD info I have: Outstanding- 7,616,113 Authorized- 50,000,000 Sales 1994- $41,000,000 Earnings 1993- .07 All very old. But I don't think they would have issued a lot of stock in the past couple of years, mostly because of the DEC situation. If you find anything out, let me know. Rick
