< CEO would probably retain that title with Mory getting some other lofty title (like vice-chairman) > That board positioning would be interesting considering 97 pay : __________________Base_____Bonus_____Other______Other Michael J.Birck..........$392,548....$175,000....$11,823....$163,981 Mory Ejabat...............$426,464....$238,000....$2,768 (300,000 stock option shares say with a black-scholes of .2 and stock price of $45 would give pv of $2,700,000) Other consist of medical reimbursement and also deferred compensation. Mory made a lot more than Birck this year. One item to note, Birck didn't recieve any stock options in 97 Sup.
