To all interested,
I was told yesterday, by someone who was at the meeting in NYC that the shareholders should get the merger packets by the third week in July. All the other info that was mentioned in the last post #145 was confirmed yesterday as well. Even with no increase in memory prices the company is expected to grow 30% by year 2000. After the merger and name changes the hope is that increase wall street coverage will spark interest in the new company.
