gwolf, When was the article in the NY Times? Interesting points. What do you think about the prices of those companies? I have been following this thread for awhile and considering buying COII.
As a woman, I know we need to find an alternative to mammograms. Many women I know have had to had biopsies which turn out negative. This creates stress for the woman plus expense for the HMO and/or insurance comp. But, if they have spent money on new mammogram equipment, are they quickly going turn and spend money on different systems?

Thanks,
Electra

Mr. Packer, or the publisher, failed to mention that CTI was in clinical trials? I would think that information would be important to potential new investors?

<<<<<It is interesting to note that Caprius had a high of 83 3/4 in late 1993 and stands today at their low of 1 1/2. IMDS had a high of 4 1/4 in March of 1997 and is now at their low of .43 cents. COII had a high of 3 1/4 in May of 1995 with the low recently at .47 cents and it's now at 1.05.

........they should all pop a bit on this news

........wait till everyone learns about the accuracy of cti.

......it will look more like sonus than the above is my guess.

<<<it is interesting to note

Gwolf, could you please clarify your point with your analogy behind the stock prices of the three companies. From a medical point of view it is my understanding that caprius tanked because the enormous cost of MRI scanners far out weighed the false positives of mammography, and the third company has not even started any clinical trials as of yet. It seems that CTI is on a completely different playing field because 1: their clinical trials are almost over and 2: there will be little problem with cost if the units (they will be leased) or the cost of the procedure.

I see no comparison in any of these companies nor the run of their stock prices.
