Let's keep our fingers crossed on the upgrade.

>>P.S. In my opinion, the electronic OTC trading is far more superior than Sungold's previous VSE listing!<<

Why do you think so? Aren't we still at the mercy of the MMs?

Don't have a lot of OTC trading experience but from the little I have done, seen or read, I fail to see the superiority of the OTC.
VSE trading is manipulated by the member houses (Canacrap, Yorkton ect), OTC likewise by the MMs; where is the difference?

S.M.

I talked with Kim a couple of weeks ago and he had mentioned that NASDAQ OTC status would be soon. I hope your prediction of this week proves true. I won't be surprised if it doesn't however. As much as I am sure of Sungold's eventual success, I think eagerness causes timeframes to be shrunk.

I do think OTC will be "soon" (goodbye to the pink sheets) just maybe not this week. Hope I'm wrong.

What I really look forward to is what awaits after OTC status!!

Sincerely,
Mike H

Relax. The fat lady will NOT be singing anytime soon!

The salient aspect of our situation is such that without any news from Sungold, nervous shareholders for whatever their personal reasons they may have, possibly financial reasons, will capitulate and sell their shares. I empathize with all shareholders when I say that its been an extremely frustrating and disconcerting year. Sungold's penchant for delays and the lack of news has certainly taken its toll on investors. Personally, I have not sold any portion of my shares but unfortunately a few of my friends and co-workers have sold part or in some cases their entire positions. Since I was their major influence for buying into Sungold, my personal friendship with a few of my "Sungold investing friends" have suffered. Nonetheless, I still find it somewhat reassuring and most encouraging that SGGNF appears to be making important progress, albeit the process has been too laborious and time-consuming for investors. If anyone were to review my previous postings it would be quite evident to all that since the beginning, I've been very favorable about Sungold's projects and not so favorable about my dealings with Kim Hart. I haven't spoken with K.H. in a long time now because in the past I found those taciturn conversations were getting rather frustrating and tiresome. Hopefully, K.H. has developed a more sensitive and open approach when dealing with concerned shareholders. I'm not asking K.H. to disclose any sensitive information, just give shareholders a sense of direction on Sungold and some realistic time frames. Even Ted Carter, for those T.C. subscribers you'll understand, has expressed his frustrations regarding K.H. I spoke to Ted late last week and he appeared very confident about the Michigan deal.

Worried shareholders should try to remember that SGGNF is not just a one-trick pony. They have 4 projects on the go and remember, all it takes is just one of the four to come through!
A final thought just occurred to me. You know,if SGGNF were a movie, it would be part drama, part comedy, and the lead role would be played by Rip Van Winkle! Now, lets all hope that when the Ripper wakes up, its not to the sounds of the fat lady singing!!!
Just kidding....I've basically taken a bunker mentality and I'll just sit and wait this one out. And my feeling is that the wait won't be that much longer!

All the best!
S.M.

P.S. We should all attempt to respect everyone's diversity of opinions and not provoke someone by simply dismissing one's posting with an inappropriate reply. By the same token, no one should be subjected to personal ridicule. As mentioned by Troy Griffin, lets stick to factual opinions and if we all adhere to these simple guidelines, we can prevent this thread from turning into a circus side show. And yes, maybe even John will grace us with his return!
