To make online threats of bodily harm is in fact not only in contravention of SI's terms of use, it is also illegal.

Correct me if I'm wrong - which I'm not, by the way - but those "threats" were made on the Yahoo! message board, and only copied onto SI's board, correct? Thanks ... I thought so.
