So many questions, so little time! You know, DD, one of the biggest questions of all regarding the 144's:

Who are the sellers on these filings? I am assuming (admittingly without basis) that they are consultants and other professionals who obtained stock in lieu of cash for services rendered to the company.

If that is in fact the case, then we have an additional question to be answered:

Does Allen L. Burditt still own all of those shares that he controlled through his privately owned Phoenix Reserves? You remember, the millions and millions and millions of shares that Oilex gave him for those mysterious Jefferson County leases (whatever happened to those?) and for other transactions between Phoenix Reserves and Oilex.
