Hello rickd1, I remember MS telling me during the brief phone conversation two weeks ago that getting the listing on NASDAQ and OUT OF the BB status was his highest priority. When I suggested that by that he must mean getting the price over $4.00 he said that was just ONE OF THE THINGS he had to do. Software Business is always beset with delays and estimating time to execute new research projects is even more difficult. Given that, I am willing to give them some leeway in the time frames. But I dont really have any more info in this regard. Harry
