Popcorn!!! You must be older than me! And I'm glad you have profited from my advice. Actually, you have profited not from my advice, but from your own intelligence. I probably simply piqued your interest in something or other. Don, myth isn't bad or negative. Myth is based on lot's of things some factual and some not. So Greek mythology surrounding Troy is no different in my view than Biblical mythology surrounding Ninevah. Both based on fact that was demonstrated later. No argument. But, that does not mean that the remainder of what appears in the Bible is true. So what does the existence of Nineveh say about the remainder of the Bible. For that matter, how do you know that Nahum prophesied anything, much less in the 7th century BC? Have a great Father's Day, and we can resume our intellectual battle at another time.
