Don, myth isn't bad or negative. Myth is based on lot's of things some factual and some not. So Greek mythology surrounding Troy is no different in my view than Biblical mythology surrounding Ninevah. Both based on fact that was demonstrated later. No argument. But, that does not mean that the remainder of what appears in the Bible is true.

So what does the existence of Nineveh say about the remainder of the Bible. For that matter, how do you know that Nahum prophesied anything, much less in the 7th century BC?
